Task Monitor Platform

One tool.
Three dimensions of use.

From simple records to managing the entire company. Task Monitor adapts to the role you assign it in your ecosystem.

How are our solutions most commonly used?

The Task Monitor platform is not a boxed solution.
It is a malleable foundation on which applications of various sizes can be built.

Add‑ons to existing processes

Solutions for side agendas that are not the main business process, but their inefficiency slows down company operations (e.g., asset records, travel orders, occupational health and safety).

Core Business System

Comprehensive replacement of outdated ERP systems. The platform manages the most important business processes, orders, and production exactly according to your unique methodology.

Data Hub & Proxy

A mediator for consolidating data from multiple sources into a single dashboard, or as an intelligent 'translator' of data between two incompatible systems.

How is a custom application created?

Forget about months of writing specifications before the first click. We believe in iterative development where you see the result almost immediately.

01

Lightning start

Launching the application with initial data takes place within days. The customer gets an immediate preview of how their data will actually look and function in the system.

02

Collaborative design

Development and customization happen in close cooperation. You influence the appearance of forms, set permissions, and design process automations and checks.

03

Living organism

Deployment is not the end. The resulting application is ready for continuous expansion, 'tuning', and optimization as your company evolves.

How do our customers see us?

From skepticism to partnership

?

1. Healthy skepticism

"That sounds too good..."

Everyone approaches us with caution initially, and that's understandable. What we offer (speed, flexibility, code ownership) seems incredible compared to the typical ERP market. We fully understand and respect this phase.

!

2. Mutual understanding

After implementing the basic set of processes, roles become clear. Customers understand that the greatest added value is not just the software itself, but our know-how in process optimization and the ability to technologically process data so that it makes sense.

3. Internal partnership

After fine-tuning the first application, we become de facto internal partners. The customer no longer looks for suppliers, but comes to us with ideas: "Could we solve this problem on the platform as well?" Together we then plan further development.

Numbers speak for themselves

Our partners (customers) stay with us even though we have no contractual or licensing obligations ("Vendor Lock-in").
On the contrary, they themselves come up with new initiatives that we implement together.

Why do clients return?

  • Every customer implements another project with us after the first one.
  • We then share common experiences from previous projects.
  • Everyone utilizes subsequent support and development.

Questions and answers

We've selected the most frequent questions we hear in initial meetings.
We play with open cards.

Business model and ownership

Will we pay monthly fees per user (User Licenses)?

No. That's one of the key differences compared to boxed SaaS solutions. With us, you don't pay per user ('per seat') or for data volume. After the implementation is complete, the software is yours. You only pay for optional services such as hosting or service support (SLA).

Will you really hand over the complete source codes?

Yes, it's guaranteed by contract. It's not a rental of a 'black box'. The source code of the application and the database structure are your property. You have full access to them and can download or audit them at any time.

What does your 'No Vendor Lock-in' guarantee mean?

It means freedom. Because the system runs on standard open technologies (PHP, MariaDB, Linux) and you have the code with you, you are not technically dependent on us. If you decide to end the cooperation, your internal IT team or another supplier can seamlessly take over management and development.

Technology and security

What are the server and hardware requirements?

Surprisingly low. The platform is highly optimized. It runs on a standard stack (Linux, Apache, MariaDB, PHP) that you can run on a regular virtual server or even on your own 'hardware' (On-Premise). You don't need expensive proprietary licenses or supercomputers.

How is the security of our data ensured?

We address security on several levels. 1) Isolation: Each customer has their own separate database. 2) Encryption: All communication runs over HTTPS. 3) Audit: The system logs every user operation. 4) Roles: Granular access control down to the level of individual fields.

Can the platform connect to our existing systems (ERP, accounting)?

Yes, that's one of its main roles. Task Monitor often acts as a 'Data Proxy'. We can connect to APIs, read directly from third-party databases, or automatically import XML/CSV/JSON. This way, we combine data from different systems into a single, clear interface.

Implementation and development

In what way is development faster than classic 'custom programming'?

We don't start from scratch. The Task Monitor platform already includes 80% of what every application needs (authentication, permissions, data management, logging, notifications). For you, we only build the remaining 20% – your unique business logic. That's why we deliver in weeks, not months.

How long does deployment take?

We often launch the first version with real data (MVP) within days, so that the customer gets immediate feedback. The fully debugged application for live operation is usually ready within 4–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the processes.

Can we modify the system ourselves in the future?

Yes. If you have your own IT resources, we can train your developers. The code is written in a structured and understandable way. Your team can add reports, change workflows, or modify forms independently of us.

Operations and support

Can our customers or suppliers also access the system?

Yes, and it's highly requested. Thanks to advanced rights management, you can give external parties access to only a specific part of the system (e.g., 'Order approval portal'), without them seeing your internal data and sensitive information.

What if our company grows? Will the system handle it?

The platform is designed to be scalable. We have installations that process tens of thousands of records and serve hundreds of users. The architecture grows with you without the need to 'rewrite' the core system.

How does technical support work?

We offer SLA contracts where we guarantee response times and developer availability for your requests. However, support with us is a service for your peace of mind, not a 'forced fee' for system functionality.
